In The Flesh, a three part series on BBC Three has been green lit for a second, extended season.  For those not familiar with the show, it takes place 4 years after an event called “the Rising.”  Kieren Walker is a teenager that died in 2009 and who has been reanimated along with thousands of others.  There was the inevitable conflict, but in time, through rehabilitation and medication, these undead, known as rotters are deemed stable enough to be re-integrated into society.Kieren then returns to his hometown where he faces a hostile reception, but also has to deal with his own issues.  Like most rotters, Kieren is able to recall his actions while rabid.
